COURT ADVOCATE: R.E.A.C.H. provides a court advocate to help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through every step of the legal process. These advocates are not attorneys, but people who can help point you in the right direction and assist you in filing criminal charges, obtaining a protective order, and they will also accompany you to court.
LEGAL AID REFERRAL: R.E.A.C.H. will also make referrals to legal aid in cases where an attorney is needed to assist in an emergency situation. Representation is determined on an individual basis and cases must meet certain criteria.
